What we collect
When you register an organisation or use PitX, we collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation details, and trade records generated during simulations.
How we use it
Your data is used exclusively to operate the trading simulation platform — managing events, recording trades, calculating settlements, and displaying leaderboards. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
Where it's stored
Data is stored on Supabase, hosted on AWS servers. We retain your data for as long as your organisation account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days.
Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Trade records are visible only within your organisation and to platform administrators for operational purposes.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or ask for its deletion at any time by emailing surfalongsahabji@gmail.com.
